Kindly read these Terms and Conditions before ordering any products from the website. By purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
You should read these Terms and Conditions regularly to know more with regards to any changes we have made to our Terms and Conditions.
Can be made via internet banking or with valid credit or debit card issued by the bank is listed. Priced and shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice however changes will not affect to the order which have accepted.
Delivery costs for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and also Sarawak will be charged according to general Pos Laju rates. Delivery is every Tuesday until Friday every week.
We aim to deliver the product to you at the delivery address as per requested by you and delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout as updated in the order confirmation.
iWe shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
You may contact our customer representative in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the product, if it is needed.
All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to NMB within (3) days of receipt. This can be done via Whatsapp at our customer service number or via email to [email protected] and your email will normally be replied within 3 working days from the receipt of your email.
In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, you may return the Product to us within three (3) days of receipt. The product shall be unused, and the product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items provided on our site.
NMB shall have no responsibility to replace the same if the goods are removed from their packaging. Further, usage of any goods in anyway, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate NMB employee shall void any claims that incorrect goods have been delivered. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.
You may return your damaged/ incorrect goods through the nearest post-office. We do not honour any walk-in returns.
The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to NMB. Please pack the return goods properly to ensure that the goods do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. NMB will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods returned for exchange.
Your returned products together with your return slip are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within five (5) days after the drop-off at the post office counters.
